Plan with AI, or plan it yourself. Same trip either way.
One trip. Not twelve tabs.
Expiv is one page that holds a whole trip: the day-by-day plan, the flights and hotels you picked, the map, the budget, your booking files, and whoever is coming with you. Describe the trip and it drafts one, or build it yourself piece by piece.

What Expiv actually does
Four things. The rest of this page explains each one.
- Spreadsheet
- Map
- Flight booking
- Hotel confirmation
- PDF / document
- Weather & holidays
Made for trips that don’t fit in one tab
Two weeks, four cities, three countries. Flights between each stop, a different hotel in every one, activities to book, documents to keep and a budget in more than one currency. That usually lives in a dozen tabs and a spreadsheet. In Expiv it is one trip, and you can move any piece of it by hand.
Already booked some of it? Bring that in
Upload a booking confirmation, an itinerary spreadsheet, or the places you saved in Google Maps. Expiv reads what it can and turns it into trip cards. You check them before they join the plan.
Booking files → trip details
Confirmations, tickets, receipts and vouchers. Expiv pulls out the dates, names and prices it recognizes and shows you what it found.
Your spreadsheet becomes a trip
Your own Excel or CSV itinerary, with the columns however you laid them out. Expiv works out the structure and turns the rows into days, places and bookings you can edit.
Google Maps saved places
The spots you starred already. Import a Takeout, My Maps or CSV file and they land on your map and in your days.
In your budget, in your language
Prices it finds can go straight into the trip budget. Files in other languages work too.

Nobody travels alone with a spreadsheet
Invite the people coming with you, decide who sees what, and ask travelers who have been there when you are stuck.
Keep everyone on the same trip
Put people in groups and give each group its own items. The kids do not need the bar crawl; the beach crew does not need the museum tickets. Notes, files and the budget sit in the same trip.

Ask people who have been there
Post a question about a destination, read what other travelers worked out the hard way, and save an answer straight into your trip.
- Tip
Is the JR Pass still worth it for a two-week trip?
- Question
Best area to stay in Tokyo for a first visit?
- Question
Do I need cash in Kyoto, or is card fine everywhere?
The kind of question the Travelers Hub is for. Answers you find useful can be saved straight into your trip.

The plan still works when your phone has no signal
Plan from your phone like you would from a laptop. Before you fly, download the trip and it keeps working on the plane, on the metro, and in the places your roaming gives up.
Plan the whole trip from your pocket
Everything you can do at a desk you can do on the phone, including the AI planner and imports.
The whole trip on your device
The itinerary, your uploaded documents and the prices as they stood when you downloaded it.
Maps that work with no connection
Up to three map areas per trip come down with it, so your pins still have streets under them.
Weather and official alerts
A forecast for each city as the trip gets closer, and a warning if the authorities issue one where you are going.
A nudge before each booking
A reminder the day before each flight, check-in and reservation, plus what the people planning with you changed.
